Restoration
Restoration needs vary from carpet to carpet — worn pile, damaged fringe, reweaving, or colour touch-up are just some of what we address. Every repair starts with an in-person consultation in the showroom, where we assess the carpet's condition and materials and recommend the right course of action. Scope and timeline are confirmed after that assessment.
Cleaning
Wool and silk carpets are cleaned by hand, using methods suited to their materials and age — never machine washed. As with restoration, every cleaning begins with an in-shop consultation to determine the right approach for your piece.
